Audit Engagement Workflow System

The vendor is required to provide audit engagement workflow system to support a digital auditing workflow for its audit staff.
- Goals
•    Provide services by telephone, on site, remotely, on demand or on an as-needed basis.
•    Business hours access to help desk and escalation process.
•    Has detailed knowledge and experience using engagement, including internals and architecture.
•    Has the ability to modify engagement source code to develop revision to the software and provide interim or hot fixes as required.
- Provide comprehensive maintenance and support of our electronic workpaper software system.
