The Vendor is required to provide for any of the following areas of expertise: planning, analysis, modeling, design, plan production and other related professional services for projects related to district sanitary, storm water and combined sewer collection system in Counties.

- Professional services include:
•    Planning to evaluate alternatives for an expansion of the existing service area
•    Design of gravity collector or interceptor sewers including alternative analysis
•    Evaluate and design storm water collection for an existing service area

•    Provide property appraisal services
•    Rehabilitation and repairs to a pump station, manhole, catch basin or structure
