Password and Session Management Solutions

The Vendor is required to provide for the purchase and implementation of a secure, enterprise-grade password and session management solution to manage service and privileged accounts across the centre organization.
- Provide a password and session management solution that meets the following functional and technical requirements:
•    Functional Requirements
o    Secure storage of service and privileged account credentials in an encrypted vault.
o    Role-based access control to manage who can view, use, or administer credentials.
o    Ability to share access to accounts (e.g., for remote sessions or automation) without revealing the underlying password.
o    Support for session recording and auditing of credential usage.
o    Integration with existing identity and access management (IAM) systems.
o    Rotate passwords on a schedule and/or as needed basis.
o    A failsafe mechanism or procedure for accessing lost credentials
•    Technical Requirements
o    Compliance with industry standards for encryption and data protection.
o    Support for multi-factor authentication (MFA).
o    High availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
o    On-premises or hybrid deployment options.
o    Support accessing Windows 10, 11, Server 2016+ (RDP), Linux, Cisco, Aruba (SSH)
o    Ability to access Windows hosts and support UAC prompts. Tool should not be impeded in the way standard RDP and other similar tools are.

o    Support for migration from existing tools
o    Deployment of the password management.
o    Configuration of vaults, access policies, and user roles.
o    Documentation of system architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.
o    Training for administrators and end users.
