The vendor is required to provide eligibility and case management system solutions that can provide a technology platform for determining eligibility and managing cases across multiple human services programs.

• Better data-driven decisions: access to timely and accurate data for policy decisions, program effectiveness and accuracy, and resource allocation, enabling proactive management and forecasting.
