The vendor is required to provide eFax Software Solution for include:
- Software solution mandatory requirements:
•    Six-hundred (600) fax lines
•    Five-hundred and fifty-thousand (550,000) pages faxed annually
•    Cloud-based software
•    Software is accessed via an encrypted web portal
•    Send eFax via electronic mail (email)
•    Cover sheet feature
•    Automated notifications via email such as faxes sent and received
•    Ability to create a fax signature that is legally binding
•    Encrypted incoming and outgoing communication
•    Ability to be utilized without a virtual private network
•    No additional hardware required to utilize all core features
•    Integrates with microsoft azure active directory
•    Compatible with azure single sign-on (SSO)
•    Compatible with windows 11 operating systems
•    Compatible with microsoft edge
•    Compatible with zero trust infrastructure
•    Compatible with Netskope
•    FIPS 140-2 compliant
•    System for cross-domain identity management (SCIM) provisioning
•    Exportable audit logs in csv file format or similar. 
•    Data should include a log of faxes sent and received with general data points (phone numbers, date, etc.).

•    Hit rust (r2) certified
•    iOS application
•    Android application
•    Assign roles via azure active directory groups
•    Ability to assign roles via eFax web interface
•    Integrated with print2fax program
•    Compatible with google chrome web browser
•    Installable windows 11 client
•    FIPS 140-2 validated
•    FIPS 140-3 compliant
•    Current soc 2 type ii certifications.
