The Vendor is required to provide for the purchase of a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based Inventory and Asset Management System ("RFID System").
- The RFID System includes compatible software and/or web-based interface (i.e., desktop and mobile device applications), installation, programming and configuration, management support services, and maintenance.
- Identify and purchase a RFID System that can track many commodities and associated information across multiple storage locations each with multiple points of ingress and egress.
- Must offer turnkey service for the RFID System.
- Must supply data management and operational services to support initial and future proposed RFID System installations (including software platform, hardware warranty, and customer service).
- Must perform installation, programing, configuration, system testing, user training, and post implementation support for hardware and software.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
