Collision Data Analysis Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to procure and implement a comprehensive collision data analysis solution that enables the collection, complex analysis, visualization, and reporting of collision data enabling actionable insights.
- The deliverables include:
•    Fully implemented and operational data collision analysis tool.
•    Training and documentation.
•    Support and maintenance plan.
•    Knowledge transfer.
- The primary objectives are to:
•    Acquire a robust, scalable, and secure collision data analysis tool.
•    Enable advanced analytics, and geospatial insights to identify trends, hotspots, and contributing factors.
•    Provide intuitive dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
•    Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- This includes stakeholder engagement, development of a detailed project plan, risk assessment, and alignment on governance, roles, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- The planning phase must incorporate considerations from the supporting artifacts, including privacy, infrastructure, and service management
- The design must support secure data ingestion, role-based access, and automated processes, and align with nonfunctional requirements related to architecture, security, privacy, and information management.
- Post implementation support will include a warranty period, ongoing technical support (e.g. helpdesk, ticketing system), system monitoring, and regular updates and patches.
- The proponent will be expected to maintain service levels, conduct periodic reviews, and support continuous improvement.
- The solution must be capable of ingesting data from multiple data sources in various formats
- The solution must also ensure secure and scalable storage of ingested data, with appropriate access controls, audit logging, and retention policies.
- The solution must support complex statistical and geospatial analysis of collision data to support decision making, trend identification, and risk mitigation strategies.
- The solution should offer robust, user friendly tools for generating reports and visualizations that support road safety analysis and decision making.
