Online Mentoring and Networking Platform

The Vendor is required to provide the services of an online platform (“platform”) for brokering business-to-business mentoring relationships and networking between entrepreneurs and the business community.
- This includes the ability to generate reports on the activity and uptake of participation and engagement with the platform.
- Platform features for the online portal proposed solution will be required to include the following:
•    Automatic data-driven introductions based on member interests and goals
•    Community- wide data & analytics
•    Unlimited number of users
•    Unlimited messages and meetings
•    Control invitations and membership access
•    Turnkey pre-account creation and mass invitation system
•    Develop and optimize the onboarding process
•    Unlimited city employee help desk and technical support
•    Real time dashboard access for administrators
•    Auto-authenticate members during onboarding
•    Configurable administration controls
•    Feedback, outcome and success story collection
•    Communications to participants that have been matched for a conversation
•    General public member support and customer service
- Other platform features of interest (nice-to-have) can include the following:
•    Dedicated client manager to drive execution success
•    Quarterly reporting and insight sessions
•    Automated recommendations and suggestions to new and low-engaged members
•    Ability to specify matches between specific users
o    For such matches, ability to customize specific, mandatory questions to be completed by the matched participants
