Central Video Patient Monitoring Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for a central video patient monitoring solution for use across the enterprise.
- Updated video monitoring solutions, which may include mobile and/or mounted options.
- Offer flexible, scalable, and cost-effective alternatives that maintain or improve the current level of patient observation and safety.
- Video Monitoring Devices
•    Easy to use for patients with limited technical literacy
•    Capable of wireless data transmission (Bluetooth, cellular, or Wi-Fi)
•    Mobile or wired options. If mobile option is proposed, the cart must be lightweight and include battery/UPS power backup
•    Capable of two-way verbal communication and one-way visual communication with privacy switch and
•    indicator light when camera is in use
•    Ability to speak or auto record to multiple patients at the same time
•    Camera must have pan, tilt and zoom and allow for full-room or up-close viewing. Infrared technology and in use indicator light
•    Ability to communicate and/or alarm on multiple patients at a time
•    Connectivity to our call light and secure phone system
- Software Platform
•    The video monitoring platform must:
•    Support customizable alerts and thresholds
•    Integrate with Epic EHR system and Connexall middleware for notifications Offer mobile and/or web-based patient interfaces
•    Include analytics and reporting tools for clinical and operational metrics, including a clinician dashboard with real-time data visualization and analytics
•    Software must support concurrent video sessions and data processing for large patient populations.
- Patient Engement and Support
•    Provide onboarding materials and training for patients
•    Offer multilingual support and accessibility features
•    Provide 24/7 technical support for patients and clinicians, and technical issue resolution.
