SMS Texting System

The vendor is required to provide SMS texting system to enhance communication with students, faculty, and staff.
- The system must provide the capability to send and receive SMS messages at both the individual and group level, including mass texting functionality for campus-wide announcements. 
- Core requirements include two-way messaging, message scheduling, delivery confirmations, and compliance with all applicable regulations at the federal, state, and university levels.
- The system must support integration with existing university-owned software platforms, including but not limited to a student information system and residence life and housing administration database, through a documented API. 
- Single sign-on (SSO) compatibility using the university’s authentication protocols is required (MFA).
- The solution must be web-based, mobile-friendly, and scalable to meet current and projected enrollment, with secure data storage, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls with audit logging. 
- The system must provide reporting and analytics capabilities, including delivery statistics, usage metrics, and exportable reports for assessment purposes.
- Provide ongoing software license support and hardware support (if applicable), offer regular updates, training resources, and technical support.
