- Single sign-on (SSO) compatibility using the university’s authentication protocols is required (MFA).
- The solution must be web-based, mobile-friendly, and scalable to meet current and projected enrollment, with secure data storage, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls with audit logging.
- The system must provide reporting and analytics capabilities, including delivery statistics, usage metrics, and exportable reports for assessment purposes.
- Provide ongoing software license support and hardware support (if applicable), offer regular updates, training resources, and technical support.
