Process Safety Management of Change Solution

The Vendor is required to provide to develop and implement a software solution to support the management of change (MOC) process at agency wastewater treatment plants (WWTPS).
- Software and professional services for the implementation of a best-of-breed solution for its MOC process.
- Provide information including methodology, frequency, testing process, and verification process.
- The Corporation is standardized on the Microsoft Edge browser.
- Ability to scale the proposed solution rapidly.
- Solution can scale up/down rapidly in terms of users, compute, storage or network.
- Storage limits are defined per service, group and user.
- Real-time thresholds and alerts.
- The ability to alert the corporation within 30 seconds of a performance-monitoring threshold being reached or exceeded, or of a critical event occurring that impacts the proposed solution.
- Solution must have option to turn on and off the Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature
- Security testing is embedded into the release management process.
- Management of Change (MOC) is the formal mechanism used to ensure that proposed changes are thoroughly evaluated and controlled to prevent unintended safety hazards.
- The MOC process establishes a structured approach for managing changes to process equipment, chemicals, control systems and technologies.
- Provide software for an enterprise process safety Management of Change (MOC) solution, or an integrated suite of applications that best fit the Corporation’s needs.
- Install the solution in the cloud or on-premises
- Configure the system based on the Corporation’s needs.
- Facilitate, as needed by the Corporation’s staff, the resolution of deficiencies arising during user acceptance in Test environment, or during release of the new solution to end users in Production environment.
- Assist in the release the new solution to end users in Production environment
- Integrate with the Corporation’s other technical systems as needed, such as Active Directory system
