Warehouse Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide for an inventory operations interface solution to enhance our logistical operations and workflows.
- Interface will need to work seamlessly and in real time with agency current Microsoft dynamics structure.
- Solution must maximize efficiencies for warehouse employees and inventory managers.
- Services include:
•    Solution must be able to support mobile 2 and 3d scanning devices and demonstrate the ability to support mobile scanning devices.
•    Solution must provide technical (help desk) support 365 days a year between 6am and 6pm MST.
•    Must be configurable to align with agency logistics warehousing workflows
•    Solution must be certified for Microsoft dynamics (CFMD)
•    Provide return on investment results with current customers/clients
•    Provide 3 references. References must be current clients/customers and utilize Microsoft
•    Dynamics.
•    Solution must provide the following functionality:
•    Receiving
•    Inventory inquiry
•    Cycle/item counting
•    Inventory transfers
•    Inventory adjustments
•    Replenishment
•    Bar code label generation (please breakout this cost in your proposal, may be excluded from project)
•    Support 2d, 3d and RFID tagging
•    Support barcode and RFID mobile devices via Bluetooth
•    Proposal must itemize implementation, training and support costs.
•    Proposal must include pricing for annual support, subscription, or development enhancement costs, covering the base year and four optional years. 
•    Solution must be able to support 3-5 concurrent users and 15+ registered users.
•    Solution must be able to work remotely in the field on handheld wireless and Wi-Fi mobile devices at all 37 agency facilities.
•    Software will interface with current agency Microsoft licensing. (20) Dynamic 365 finance for government (primary), (8) 365 supply chain management attach for government.
•    Support Entra single sign on (SSO).
•    Data resides inside the continental country.
•    Provide cyber security process and policy.
