The Vendor is required to provide for an interactive smartboard system that will be deployed across its fire stations, training facilities, and local government facilities.
- The solution should facilitate:
• Interactive training sessions for firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics.
• Real-time communication between fire stations, command staff, and local government leaders.
• Incident debriefings and tactical planning through digital visualization tools.
• Remote access and collaboration for leadership and training officers.
- Hardware & Software – Providing smartboard systems with necessary accessories (touchscreen displays, stylus, speakers, cameras etc.).
- Installation & Configuration – The City will ensure access to Wi-Fi and/or hard wiring at each location. The vendor will provide smartboard mounting hardware for each smartboard and complete the installation of the smartboard to a supporting surface selected by the department.
- Integration – Ensuring compatibility with department existing technology, including dispatch systems, training software, current smart boards and network infrastructure.
- Training & Support – Providing training for personnel on system usage and offering ongoing technical support for a minimum of three years. Support if required must be onsite within five hours.
