The Vendor is required to provide to gather input from the vendor community regarding next-generation e-procurement solutions.
- Eligible entities include:
• Cities, towns, districts, counties, and other political subdivisions;
• Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches, including all Departments and elected offices therein;
• Independent public authorities, commissions, and quasi-public agencies;
• Local public libraries, public school districts, and charter schools;
• Public hospitals owned by the Commonwealth;
• Public institutions of higher education; and
• Public purchasing cooperatives.
- Solutions address the following priority areas:
• End-to-End Sourcing Workflow: Ability to create, post, search, respond to, and award bids.
• Purchasing Workflow: Ability to create requisitions, solicit quotes, and release purchase orders against the established contracts via Punch-out, Internal Catalog, or other methods.
• Search Capabilities: Advanced search and filtering tools to improve bid, vendor, contract, and contract item discovery and allow for exportable results.
• Reporting Capabilities: Support role-based access control (RBAC) for viewing, creating, and exporting data.
• User Experience: Intuitive design supporting frequent and occasional users.
• System Integration: Seamless connections with Commonwealth systems (e.g., mmars/mosaic, Paris, move it) and other external systems via secure API.
• Scalability: Modular approach allowing phased adoption and expansion.
