The Vendor is required to provide a full suite of software and service alternatives in support of student information management, human resource management, financial systems management, academic systems support, technology planning and implementation, network and telecommunication services, technical support for the Education fiber network, as well as, desktop support and a comprehensive professional development program.

• Ability to forward emails to groups of candidates
• Ability to forward emails to individual applicants
• Ability to post specific job openings for each agency member district
• Ability to establish an end date for individual postings which will not allow candidates to submit their application to the position after the end date has passed
• Ability of candidates to identify specific job positions for which they are interested
• Ability of candidates to create an online application for a variety of positions
• Ability of candidates to apply to specific job postings for each agency member district
• Ability of candidates to have multiple applications for a variety of positions
• Ability of candidates to apply to all agency member districts with one application
• Ability of candidates to upload additional documents to attach to their application
• Ability of candidates to upload separate cover letters and documents for each posting to which they apply
• Ability for individual district to add questions to the vendor’s standard application
• Ability to add questions to each district’s individual postings
• Ability for district users to add notes to candidate files which cannot be viewed on a consortium-wide basis
• Ability for users to add notes to candidate files which cannot be viewed on a district wide basis
• Ability for users to add notes to candidate files which may only be viewed by the user who added the note
• Ability of district user to identify who can view their candidate notes
• Ability to accept online applications for teachers, administrators, and support personnel (i.e., custodians, secretaries, bus drivers, food service, etc.)
• Ability to integrate candidates’ application data with a variety of payroll/HRIS systems including, but not limited to, PowerSchool business plus
• Ability to collect and report candidate EEOC data on a consortium wide basis
• Ability to collect and report candidate EEOC data for a specific posting
• Ability to collect and report candidate EEOC data for different types of positions
• Ability to track applicant status within a specific job
• Ability to develop and utilize a standard application template for specific positions
• Ability to set individual user security levels based on position of user
• Ability to print a hard copy of postings into a standard format
• Ability to post internal positions directly to individual district intranets
• Ability to create pdf documents of candidate applications and uploaded documentation
• Ability of agency member district building administrators to access all applications
• Ability of agency member district users to search the candidate pool using specific criteria
• Ability to track position history including but not limited to rationale for posting, date vacancy created, name of employee vacating position (if applicable)
• Ability for each district to link individual postings to an online assessment (i.e., humanex) which can only been viewed by users within that district
• Ability for districts to have individual control over job categories for positions
• Ability for districts to route applications to identified users
• The vendor must provide written documentation attesting its application is compliant with the
• Americans with disabilities act, section 504 of the rehabilitation act and conforms to the web
• Content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, level AA conformance, or updated equivalents
• Ability for administrator to request the posting of a job through the platform
• Ability for administrators to send through the platform the name of a recommended candidate, along with references
• Ability to store job descriptions on the site.
• Separate the hourly employee postings from salary employee postings
• Ability to filter candidates based on certain criteria (E.g., experience, education).
