• Identify potential challenges and constraints in the agency IT environment in order to mitigate the risk of losing control of the project
• Define a roadmap based on the board's schedule
• Develop strategies, roles, and responsibilities for each party involved in the migration process
• Make recommendations on the current state of the agency IT environment
• Provide a training plan for users on the new Microsoft outlook platform (differences in the interface and management of Gmail and outlook email accounts)
