- In 2025, through its Shared IT Digital Strategy, the partners have decided to purposefully collaborate and work together on technology initiatives; the focus is more on commonalities and similarities, over differences.
- Currently using Keystone Information Systems, are also considering transitioning to a new ERP solution to align with the other partners and standardize on a unified platform.
- The Human Resource functions in these organizations are currently partially met by HRISMyWay. However, there is no comprehensive human capital management (HCM) solution in place.
- The current ERP system and tools no longer meet the business and functional needs of most of the organizations, and are reaching end of life stage, and it has been determined therefore that the ERP will need to be replaced.
