The vendor is required to provide PRO-TECT radar certification system with trade-ins.
- New PRO-TECT radar certification system: 
•    Certifies tuning forks.
•    Performs audio tone speed simulation.
•    Verifies accuracy of center frequency.
- PRO-TECT software computerizes all test data, stores in a database and prints certification forms when used with your supplied pc and printer. 
- Comes in durable pelican case for easy transport. 
- System must be used with your supplied pc and printer
- Trade-in of old PRO-TECT radar certification systems: 
•    Trade-in of oh state highway patrol’s (3) PRO-TECT systems purchased in February 2006 and (2) PRO-TECT systems purchased in January 2010
- Shipping: 
•    Insured shipping to agency warehouse (43209).
