• Applied magnetic fields ≥ 9 t 3.3. cryogen-free and requires no liquid helium needed for operation.
• No needle valves.
• There is no need to make any manual adjustment or recalibration of the system control after system cool-down.
• A system with integrated cryopump design and automated cool-down procedure that eliminates the need for an external high vacuum pumping station.
• Measurement routines without user intervention and without system adjustment that can cool sample from 400 k to 2.0 k and stabilize to better than 0.001 k within 45 minutes.
• The system can hold stability at 1.9 k +/- 0.001 k for ~120 minutes.
• DC relaxation measurement of heat capacity (not ac, adiabatic or semi-adiabatic) because ac or adiabatic techniques are not capable of absolute heat capacity measurements.
• A standby mode that conserves power while requiring only a short recovery time.
