The vendor is required to provide employee engagement survey tool to deliver a comprehensive solution that measures key workforce indicators including employee and physician engagement, alignment, diversity, resilience (burnout), workplace violence, nursing excellence, quality, and patient safety.
- Requirement:
• Provide documentation demonstrating the platform’s ability to benchmark against national healthcare databases, including but not limited to magnet-designated institutions.
• Demonstrate the platform’s capability to deliver historical data and trend analysis for longitudinal tracking of key workforce engagement metrics.
• Provide evidence that the platform includes dynamic dashboards offering real-time, actionable insights accessible at all organizational levels.
• The platform enables unit-level reporting and has the ability to identify and flag critical issues such as burnout and workplace safety concerns.
• The ability to integrate engagement data with patient satisfaction and patient experience data for cross functional analysis.
• Platform must meet the specified functional, technical, and administrative requirements, including data integration capabilities with human resources and patient satisfaction systems (cornerstone, smartsheet, banner, etc.), customizable dashboards, benchmarking features, real-time analytics, and robust reporting tools.
• The tool must be capable of measuring employee and physician engagement, alignment, diversity, resilience (burnout), workplace violence, nursing excellence, quality, and patient safety.
• The platform must include benchmarking data that compares agency results against peer institutions, including national database of nursing quality indicators (NDNQI), magnet-designated facilities, and other academic medical centers.
• The platform must include dashboards with real-time data visualization, accessible to various levels of leadership, enabling immediate insight into engagement trends.
• The tool should generate granular weekly reports by unit or department, highlighting key trends such as burnout, safety concerns, and disengagement.
• The tool must support integration or correlation with existing datasets, including patient satisfaction, patient safety, and operational performance data.
• Platform must provide historical data views and longitudinal tracking to identify trends over time and inform strategy.
• Provide consultant support to help leaders analyze survey results and develop action plans based on best practices.
• Provide in-house and virtual training and support to staff.
