Route Optimization Software

The vendor is required to provide route optimization software digital solution that enables residents, property managers and owners, and service city staff to conveniently schedule large item pickups through an online platform, while ensuring compliance with current program rules and operational capacity.
- The system must validate address eligibility, manage booking limits, and provide automated communications to users and staff.
•    Online booking portal: residents can check eligibility, select items, choose available pickup dates, and optionally pre-pay via credit card. 
•    Eligibility validation: integrate with city-provided GIS data servers to enforce program rules and address-specific limits. 
•    Operational controls: configurable limits on items per booking, daily bookings, and advance scheduling windows. 
•    Automated notifications: reminders for residents and alerts for staff, with flexible delivery options. 
•    Reporting and visualization: daily schedules, map views, and exportable customer and booking data. 
•    Data integration: seamless import of address data in excel format, including eligibility flags and item limits. 
•    Onboarding and support: full implementation support, staff training, and access to a dedicated customer success manager.
