- The system must validate address eligibility, manage booking limits, and provide automated communications to users and staff.
• Online booking portal: residents can check eligibility, select items, choose available pickup dates, and optionally pre-pay via credit card.
• Eligibility validation: integrate with city-provided GIS data servers to enforce program rules and address-specific limits.
• Operational controls: configurable limits on items per booking, daily bookings, and advance scheduling windows.
• Automated notifications: reminders for residents and alerts for staff, with flexible delivery options.
• Reporting and visualization: daily schedules, map views, and exportable customer and booking data.
• Data integration: seamless import of address data in excel format, including eligibility flags and item limits.
• Onboarding and support: full implementation support, staff training, and access to a dedicated customer success manager.
