System Simulation Integration and Analytical Services

The vendor is required to provide system simulation integration and analytical services for a 24-month period of the water distribution and sewer collection network.
- Data science engineering services
•    Identifying the data-analytics problems that offer the greatest opportunities to the organization 
•    Determining the format and data management standard for data sets and variables 
•    Collecting large sets of structured and unstructured data from disparate sources 
•    Data cleansing processes and validation of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity 
•    Devising and applying models and algorithms to mine the stores of big data 
•    Analyzing the data to identify patterns and trends 
•    Interpreting data to discover solutions and opportunities
•    Communicating findings to stakeholders through a structured feedback loop between the business user and the supporting technology department and vendors. 
•    Automating the workflows identified to provide audit trail of data
- Simulation software and model integration services
•    Developing the foundation for integrating and interconnecting asset management models that create a modern digital simulation twin that performs as a visualization platform applicable to a water and sewer utility. 
•    Platform development to consume hydraulic model exports 
•    Utilize and integrate GIS exported data sets 
•    Determining additional points in the system for IIoT sensing devices
