The Vendor is required to provide to supply an IP Telephony solution to the City.
- Provide a fully managed cloud telephony solution, leveraging either Operator Connect or Direct Routing as a Service, with robust support for Teams Phone.
- The solution must include 24x7 support, and vendors should clarify whether this includes break/fix support only or encompasses full managed services (e.g., moves/adds/changes).
- Integration with four existing paging systems (Fleet, Warehouse, Parks, and Fire)—all of which have ranked paging as a priority—must be provided, using either SIP connections (for Operator Connect) or SBC licensing (for Direct Routing).
