Predictable Web Based Software System

The Vendor is required to provide a predictable web-based software system that will use compiled data to provide a prediction on how the district and campuses will perform on state accountability.
- The predictable web-based software system will provide district-wide access and unlimited data uploads for teachers, administrators, and staff. 
- It will be used to assist district personnel in tracking, storing, monitoring, reporting, and organizing student performance data and teacher progress.
- Services include:
•    System Design and Architecture
•    Develop a secure, predictable web-based platform accessible through standard web browsers.
•    Ensure consistent system performance, stability, and uptime reliability.
•    Implementation and Configuration
•    Configure all system components to meet the operational needs of the District.
•    Integrate the platform with existing data systems to ensure interoperability and data accuracy.
•    Security and Data Management
•    Provide end-to-end data protection, encryption, and secure user authentication.
•    Maintain compliance with act and state data privacy requirements.
•    Include audit trail capabilities for all user activity and system events.
•    System Performance and Reliability
•    Ensure high availability and predictable response times through scalable infrastructure.
•    Implement backup, recovery, and redundancy procedures to prevent data loss or downtime.
•    Deliver automated updates, diagnostics, and system monitoring to maintain consistent performance.
•    User Access and Functionality
•    Provide role-based permissions and customizable workflows.
•    Support browser and device compatibility for district-wide use.
•    Training and Support
•    Deliver user training and system documentation for administrators and end users.
•    Provide ongoing technical assistance and maintenance support.
•    Hosting and Compliance
•    Maintain all data and operational controls as required by state technology standards.
