The Vendor is required to provide a software solution to provide labour market intelligence to support the development of new academic programming that includes demand for graduates, employer sought skills, and job postings by organization including labour market information leveraged for environmental scanning.
- The market intelligence needs to include state, provincial, and regional job posting information with the ability to breakdown information by industry, posting volumes, and skills/education sought by employers.
- Data collection via this solution will be used on an ad hoc basis with occurrences weekly or daily if necessary.
- Ability to collect data from multiple sources.
- Ability to filter collected data by multiple different classifications and the ability to drill down further into the filters.
- Ability to export and manipulate data.
- Ability for users to quickly access data.
- Easily accessible knowledge base for definitions.
- Ability for users to save frequently used reports/filters to quick-menu or dashboard.
- Ability to filter using CIPS (minimum 4 digits) based on most current version available.
- Data alignment with Stats, Work state, and other job-posting and statistical websites.
- Include a detailed lexicon for industry and skills definitions and groupings.
- Ability to filter by skills, credentials, and other certifications/designations sought by the employer.
- Ability to export and manipulate data.
- Allow for drill down into all filters (e.g. km radius, province, city, etc.).
- Data pulls and information to be updated, a minimum, monthly.
- Provide prompt notification and response to sudden and unexpected downtime.
- Ability for Application Programming Interface (API) integration.
- Preference for dashboards that are mobile-device compatible.
