Digital Engagement Platform

The vendor is required to provide digital engagement platform must allow district staff to independently add and update content through an intuitive backend management system.
- Includes, but is not limited to:
•    User-friendly content management system allowing agency staff to independently update.
•    Integration with existing municipal platforms (e.g., website, social media), or automated workflows to push updates.
•    Features such as interactive surveys, feedback forms, moderated discussion forums, mapping and geolocation tools, and personalized resident dashboards.
•    Ability for residents to create accounts or participate anonymously, with configurable moderation tools.
•    Mobile-responsive design.
•    Engagement campaign management features (e.g., project pages, timelines, document libraries, newsletters).
•    Secure, cloud hosting with redundancy and high availability.
•    Data protection and storage in compliance with federal and provincial privacy regulations.
•    Built-in dashboards to monitor engagement activity, participation rates, and geographic distribution of responses.
•    Exportable data for council reports and integration with business intelligence tools.
•    Ability to track communication reach (email, social, web).
•    Initial staff training on both administrative and engagement functions.
•    Ongoing technical support, including service-level commitments (e.g., response times, system uptime).
•    Access to online knowledge bases, tutorials, or help desk resources.
•    Ability to import existing content and analysis from past and current projects
•    If your platform offers additional features—such as AI-assisted analytics, automated summarization of resident feedback, or a chatbot for resident services—please outline them in your quotation.
•    Also highlight your product roadmap to demonstrate ongoing innovation and investment in platform improvements.
