The vendor is required to provide aircraft registration application 2026 for department.
- This job encompasses the printing, inserting, collating, and mailing of approximately 6,000 state aircraft registration applications.
- Print application and print mailing envelope. 
- The agency will provide 6,000 info card inserts.
1. Size:
•    11 x 8.5 white printing paper, double sided print
•    Size of mailing envelope: #10 window envelope (with address artwork printed in color)
•    Size of provided info card insert 3.75 x 8.5 (no print on card)
2. Stock: 
•    11 x 8.5 white printing paper, double sided print. 
•    Mailing envelope: #10 window envelope (with address artwork printed in color)
3. Press-work: 
•    Two-sided print on application. 
•    Print on front of envelope, in color.
4. Ink: 
•    Color
5. Supplied to vendor: 
•    Provide multiple electronic zip files of PDF applications and 6,000 info card inserts.
