The Vendor is required to provide to accommodate the diverse and evolving needs of ShareIT members, ensuring access to agency cloud PaaS and IaaS products and relevant professional services.
- Ability to separate billing and usage reports
- Invoicing completed on a monthly basis based on monthly consumption
- Discounts clearly identified on Participating Member monthly invoices/usage reports
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization in the form of regular meetings/analysis, potentially with access to reporting tools, dashboards, and other software.
- Ability to manage through dynamic purchasing systems
- Provide the system used to evaluate the efficiency of resource usage
- Online portal in which Participating Members can log into and see their monthly usage summary.
- Ability for Participating Members to have notifications set up for billing anomalies and budget reporting, or assist less mature Members with setting up notifications as requested
- Split billing and split reporting between management accounts
- Support a managed cycle by offering consistency, reliability, and predictability in current and future product offerings
- Provide advance notification of changes in the product configuration and identify the client acceptance process for these changes
- Provide an adoption plan in which you describe what actions you will undertake to grow the adoption of cloud services.
