The vendor is required to provide strategic job evaluation modernization system framework to better meet the evolving job evaluation needs of a high volume and diverse, multi-union public sector workforce.
- Project is to implement a modern, automated job evaluation system that can meet high-level requirements such as the following:
• Significantly improves turnaround time and reduces manual effort by automating job evaluation tasks.
• Supports objective, repeatable, and defensible evaluations.
• Enhances consistency, transparency and defensibility of classification decisions across departments and bargaining units.
• Aligns with evidence-based best practices and current market standards while complying with all applicable legislation and policy.
• Supports user-created reporting and workforce analytics to inform structure, equity, and workforce strategy.
• Integrates with existing human resource management information system (HRMIS) platforms and is adaptable to future system additions and upgrades.
• Provides intuitive user interfaces for HR managers, hiring managers, classification specialists, and others who may require access.
• Offers robust ability to track and report on activity and controls such as approval history and status, process performance, auditing.
