The Vendor is required to provide a variety of services and tools in French to support employee’s well-being.
- Provide employees with a range of services focused on health and well-being with the objectives to:
• Prevent health and wellness issues;
• Provide confidential support to employees in need;
• Ensure quick access to educational, supportive, or crisis-response resources;
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
- Solution should cover the following elements:
• Learning and Awareness Resources
o Online training modules and educational content on health, well-being, resilience, stress management, etc.
• Individual Workplace Support
o Confidential access to counseling, psychological support, or practical advice for employees.
• Crisis Intervention
o Availability of specialized services to respond quickly to critical incidents affecting employees or the organization.
• Dashboard
o Relevant key performance indicators (KPI) should be available to the Board ideally through a Dashboard to monitor usage, frequency and type of services.
o The Dashboard should be able to show all reports per day, week, month and annually. All the information should be easy to extract for analysis purpose.
• Resource Platform or Portal
o A digital hub centralizing services, resources, and communications related to well-being.
• Complex Mental Health Support
o Access to experts or specialized referrals for cases requiring advanced expertise.
• Assessments and Reports
o Production of anonymized reports or analyses to guide prevention strategies and better -understand employee needs.
