Cellular Enhancement System

The vendor is required to provide cellular enhancement system to enhance mobile communication coverage and capacity across critical areas within the county, particularly in high-demand locations such as county “leased” buildings, and parking structures.
- Service requirements
a. Installation:
•    Complete installation of the cellular enhancement system, including all necessary construction and electrical work, in accordance with the project plan.
•    Coordinating with county representatives to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations during installation.
•    Testing of the system post-installation to ensure that performance specifications are met.
b. Maintenance:
•    Provide routine on-site maintenance checks every six months to ensure system integrity and performance.
•    Develop a maintenance plan that includes emergency response for system failures or issues within 24 hours.
•    Supply necessary software updates and hardware upgrades as part of service maintenance.
c. Training:
•    Provide training to designated county personnel on system operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
•    Deliver documentation outlining operation standards, maintenance procedures, and contact information for technical support.
