The Vendor is required to provide the police internal case management system is $100,000. ($20,000 per year) which includes application service subscription, cloud hosting, configuration, implementation, training, maintenance and support.

• The solution is expected to include change management and associated governance
• The solution is expected to optimize user licensing at the enterprise level
• The solution is expected to accommodate the standards, processes, procedures, and policies that enforce each enterprise service
• The solution provider is expected to work with government designated third-party service partners and with other development proponents as needed on the enterprise platform
• The solution is required to support single sign on capability
• The solution is required to prevent access to application data via methods other than
• The solution and services are required to demonstrate mature, documented application and data integration capabilities and methodologies based on industry standard technologies
• The solution and services are required to use industry standard secure protocols for all data in transit
• The solution and services should be configured, sized, and scoped in accordance with availability, recovery, service level, and other objectives specified throughout this proposal
• The solution and services should be able to accommodate scaling-up or scaling-down to meet increased or decreased demand over the lifecycle of the solution
• The solution should provide acceptable average response times and provide mechanisms by which performance issues can be prevented or isolated
• The proponent should have established, and active, user communities/groups related to the solution
• The proponent should have an established customer accessible support knowledgebase for the solution
• The proponent should have defined roadmaps for solution product updates and enhancements
• The provided solution and services must incorporate established data backup, retention, and storage processes, policies, and/or practices
• If applicable, backups to removable media, are required to be encrypted, transported, and stored securely
• If applicable, storage locations for physical media, are required to be secured with limited, monitored access
• The solution and services are required to keep government data separate from other client data
• The solution and services should include established system and application monitoring and alerting capabilities including monitoring of servers, network, storage, and any other supporting elements and components of the solution
• The services should include established practices/processes for virus scanning and mitigation, vulnerability analysis and mitigation, and patch management for all supporting elements of the solution
• The services should include proactive maintenance, updates, and upgrades that ensure all supporting elements of the solution are maintained at software vendor supported levels
• The solution should accommodate deployment using load balancers and/or application level server clusters.
