• Ability for city to create and upload custom content.
• Vendor expertise and consultation for course development.
• Ability for vendor to develop and offer library of quality and relevant training content.
• Built-in workflow for content review, updates, and approvals.
• Upon termination of the agreement, the city shall retain the right to store, access, and utilize all digital records generated through the learning management system (LMS).
• This includes, but is not limited to, user transcripts, course completion records and certificates, training history, assessment and evaluation data, and user account information.
• The city shall not be subject to any additional fees for continued access to these records.
• The unrestricted right to upload, use, and deploy its shareable content object reference mode (SCORM) course files on any other learning management system (LMS) at its sole discretion, without incurring further fees or facing any claims related to intellectual property infringement or usage restrictions from the contractor.
5. Migration and transition
• Capability to import existing courses and completions from the city’s current LMS.
• Retain completion and certification records during system transition.
• Seamless transfer of user profiles, roles and training history.
