Hosting and Support Folio Software and MetaDb Reporting

The vendor required to provide hosting and support folio software and MetaDb reporting for include:
- Requirements
•    The library’s contract for hosting our folio software and reporting solution, MetaDb, is up for renewal.  
•    Our current contract has been in place since January 2021.  
•    We successfully extended this contract through June 30, 2026 to have billing and services line up with our contract.
•    The new contract is a one-year contract with an option to renew 4 more times. 
•    The total contract could last 5 years
•    The start of the contract will be July 1, 2026.
•    We cannot function without the following:
o    Folio hosting
o    Folio support
o    MetaDb hosting
o    Folio development environment
- Preferred service options
•    Walker library currently utilizes Vufind as our online public access catalog (OPAC) and MetaDb as our reporting hub. 
•    We are dedicated to using open-source software in line with our strategic plan and mission, and as such have little interest in migrating to closed-source programs.
•    Additional fees requested for the following.
•    If included above, please indicate included with the above services for $0:
o    MetaDb support
o    Vufind hosting
o    Vufind support
o    Vufind development environment.
