Online Data Analytics Platform

The vendor required to provide online data analytics platform must have the following functionalities, at minimum:
•    The ability to save user preferences and dashboards;
•    Configurable reporting templates;
•    Ability to select predefined areas;
•    Tools for drawing custom polygons or uploading shapefiles;
•    Saving and reusing custom boundaries for future analysis;
•    Ability to save user preferences and dashboards;

•    Regularly updated data, at least once annually; and
•    Disclosure of geographic or temporal gaps in information available.
- Includes, but it not limited to population and demographic data, housing data, and employment and labor data.
- The platform must enable intuitive data visualization, and area customizable reporting.
- The platform will support a wide range of municipal functions, including council and committee reporting, strategic planning and policy formulation, community engagement and public consultation, internal departmental analysis, and the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals.
