- The Solution must support Role-Based Access Control including at a minimum the ability to restrict individual user permissions based on both entity and role (e.g., Entity = Covenant Health; Role = Manager).
- The HR Contact Centre is a centralized multi-tiered support service that helps all employees with human resources–related inquiries. It provides assistance with payroll, benefits, pensions, leaves, employee records, HR policies, and recruitment inquiries. Employees can reach the Contact Centre by phone, ServiceNow chat, or ServiceNow e-form.
- Talent Acquisition teams are responsible for executing the recruitment process, including requisition and candidate management. They ensure a compliant, data-driven, and collaborative hiring environment across multiple entities. Talent Acquisition Advisors (recruiters) fulfill various roles within the recruitment process—some work directly with hiring managers, while others primarily engage with candidates, recruiters, or sourcing specialists.
- Talent Acquisition teams are responsible for executing the recruitment process, including requisition and candidate management. They ensure a compliant, data-driven, and collaborative hiring environment across multiple entities. Talent Acquisition Advisors (recruiters) fulfill various roles within the recruitment process—some work directly with hiring managers, while others primarily engage with candidates, recruiters, or sourcing specialists.
- A hiring manager may conduct the tasks below or assign to a delegate or partial/full responsibility by the recruitment team depending on the organization and/or manager’s preference. Responsibilities generally include:
• Initiate the hiring request.
• Define the qualifications, skills, and competencies needed for the position.
• Create job requisition.
• Review and approve the job requisition before it is posted.
• Shortlist applications or requests shortlisting support from HR.
• Move candidates through the recruitment workflow including candidate communications.
• Schedule, conduct and participate in interviews, often alongside HR and peer panel members.
• Request and complete references or submit request for HR reference check services.
• Make the final selection decision.
• Work with Recruitment Operations to ensure the offer letter is prepared and sent to the candidate.
- The ATS should enable hiring managers to easily review applicants, collaborate with recruiters, and track progress throughout the recruitment cycle
- It should offer clear visibility into candidate pipelines and provide tools that simplify requisition approvals, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Talent Acquisition recruiters require intuitive and powerful tools to manage candidates and applicants throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Contact Management - Ability to support, document, and track all communications with candidates
- Position and Applicant Search- Easy search of open positions and their associated applicants
- Candidate Feedback - Ability to conduct candidate surveys and generate associated analytics
- Collaboration Tools which allow hiring teams to share comments, notes, and tag colleagues to streamline decision-making
- Talent Pools and Segmentation - Capability to create and manage segmented talent pools by skills, location, pipeline stage, and interest level
- Ongoing Candidate Engagement - Built-in tools for ongoing communication such as drip campaigns, automated outreach, and newsletters
- Recruiter productivity dashboards (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, candidate drop-off)
