- Solution access and licensing:
• Access to a single, unified software solution that processes mortgage applications received from all brokers, regardless of their preferred pos software, ensuring agnostic integration and workflow consistency.
• This includes data validation, automatic ingestion of application data, and document management.
• Access to a web-based application that facilitates secure, bi-directional communication and collaboration between all user types.
• Access to lending partner platforms through compliant integrations with insurance companies, mortgage insurers, appraisal management companies, and creditor insurers.
- Additional and supporting services:
1. Product description and electronic responses:
• Proponent to facilitate the display of agency financial dynamic and configurable product descriptions, including all mandatory disclosures, on the solution and to the brokers via their preferred pos.
• It also handles the electronic responses that agency financial sends for all applications.
2. Credit bureau contract:
• Proponent will enter into contracts with credit bureaus to enable the solution’s functionality, which allows brokers to forward credit bureau reports to agency financial.
3. Point of sale system integrations:
• Provide a solution that achieves agnostic, single-point integration with the explicit purpose of unifying application intake from all major county pos systems immediately.
• The solution must demonstrate a clear architecture for future-proofing by detailing its ability to rapidly integrate with new proponents or pos systems entering the county market.
