Box Office Ticketing Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for the supply of a ticketing solution for event tickets sales and reservations for events at the schools.
- Box Office Ticketing Solution that can issue tickets, manage payments, and confirmation of tickets at events.
- Events including concerts, theatrical productions and other events specific to school needs.
- The solution and services will be made available to the 62 school locations to utilize for payment processing of events when required. It is anticipated that approximately two (2) schools will be looking to participate promptly.
- Each School will be required to have a separate account and funds to be directed to separate bank accounts.

- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
