The Vendor is required to provide the professional services for application support and continuous improvement of the city’s accela civic platform system.
- The City currently utilizes the following Accela modules in the SaaS environment:
• Building
• Culture
• Enforcement
• Finance
• Fire
• Licenses
• Permits
• Planning
• Requests
• Right-of-Way
• Services
• Accela Mobile App
- The City’s Accela Civic Platform also integrates with a number of other key software and systems used by the City, including:
• ArcGIS to pull geospatial information to support automated decision making
• Corporation for one-way data transfer
• Variant’s Customer Engagement Management (“CEM”) solution for bidirectional synchronization of selected data
• Azure Active Directory for single-sign-on
• DigEplan for electronic plan review and workflows for permitting applications
- Provide a range of roles within the Project Team to support diverse Accela service and development needs, including roles such as project managers, delivery managers, technical consultants/architects, support specialists, and personnel with similar responsibilities and expertise in the Accela platform.
