Public Safety Network Testing Solution

The Vendor is required to provide for public safety network testing solution.
- The solution must support testing of P25 radio networks (Phase 1 and Phase 2) and cellular networks (LTE/5G) in both indoor and outdoor environments. 
- Must have support for GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo constellations with at least 3-meter accuracy
- The device must feature a minimum 11-inch display capable of showing floorplans and maps and provide an input mechanism for marking test locations.
- Must support 12.5 kHz channel width
- Must be capable of scanning at least 20 simultaneous 5G channels, measuring at least 20 times per second
- Must have a minimum 5G detection level of - 130 dBm
- Must store a minimum of 3 hours of collected test data without requiring external storage.
- Must be capable of transferring the collected test data to a computer or online storage location
- Must include high - performance antennas (both portable and vehicle - mounted) capable of covering all specified P25 and cellular frequency bands.
- Must include a GPS antenna to enable mapping functionality.
- Must include all required cables and power supplies necessary for full operation.
- Must include a battery with capacity to operate the entire system for a minimum of two hours at full charge
- Must include a carrying case or straps or backpack for indoor operation by a single person
- Must be equipped with any software licenses required to ensure full functionality of the solution.
