Data Integration and Video Aggregation System

The Vendor is required to provide implementation of its data integration and video aggregation system (DIVAS).
- DIVAS is a centralized platform designed to collect, fuse, and distribute near real-time transportation data and live video feeds across the state.
- DIVAS consists of two main subsystems: the Data Integration subsystem, which gathers information from sources like SunGuide, weather services, Road Weather Information System (RWIS), truck parking systems, and connected vehicles; and the Video Aggregation subsystem, which consolidates live video streams from agency and external cameras using modern streaming technologies.
- It enhances traffic monitoring, incident response, and public information dissemination, making transportation data and video more accessible and actionable for both internal operations and the traveling public.
- Encouraged to propose ideas and options for both systems that demonstrate an innovative approach and an ownership mentality.
- Responsible for all activities necessary to ensure the success of the project including, but not limited to, contract management, accounting and financial management, schedule management, project administration, reporting and record-keeping, and day-to-day coordination with the agency project manager.
- Communication Strategy: Develop a plan to communicate changes clearly and consistently
- Stakeholder Analysis: Determine who will be affected and their readiness for change.
- Change Impact Assessment: Identify the potential effects of the change on people, processes, and technology.
- Staff Training: Provide training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about operational and maintenance procedures.

- Milestones: Align communication activities with project milestones to ensure timely updates.
