Labor Market Software

The Vendor is required to provide a labor market information software tool for the college.
- Provide to license a dynamic software that can be embedded on the webpage for each academic and workforce development program.
- The solution must comply with current accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA requirements. 
- Must provide a current Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and clearly describe any additional accessibility features or enhancements that exceed WCAG 2.2 standards;
- The solution must provide robust integration capabilities, including APIs or other standard integration methods, to support interoperability with existing College systems, including but not limited to Focus 2, D2L Brightspace, Ellucian Banner, and Salesforce/Tableau data visualization tools.
- These integrations must facilitate assessment, reporting, academic planning, and data-driven decision-making across the institution;
- must provide comprehensive initial and ongoing client support, including but not limited to platform implementation, system configuration, integration assistance, administrator training, documentation, and a sustained support partnership for the duration of the contract;
- The solution must meet current cybersecurity best practices and standards appropriate for use within a higher education environment.
- Employ industry-standard security controls to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability;
- Encrypt data in transit and at rest, where applicable;
- Disclose any third-party security assessments, certifications, or compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) applicable to the solution.
