Meeting Transcription and Conversation Intelligence Platform

The Vendor is required to provide a meeting transcription and conversation intelligence platform.
- Solution must natively integrate with major meeting platforms, e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and WebEx.
- This investment supports transparency, compliance, and operational continuity across hybrid and remote work environments.
- Three main Service categories as follows:
•    Meeting transcription & conversation intelligence platform.
•    Implementation of solutions.
•    Training and Support Services.
- Ability to provide transcription services for meetings hosted in-person, on mobile, or via the desktop.
- Ability to integrate with Okta Single Sign-On.
- Ability to integrate with M365 Platform, e.g. storing transcription within M365.
