Phone System Replacement

The vendor required to provide phone system replacement to assist with the review, purchase and installation of a new district wide phone system per the terms.
- Find a telecommunications consultant who will provide a comprehensive analysis and a recommendation for moving forward with a system to replace the current phone and voice mail system. 
- The analysis would involve inspection and history review of the current system, making recommendations for replacement including a cost analysis for each option recommended
- Analysis and summation of the district's current phone and voice mail system. 
- Departmental survey of new phone and voice mail system requirements.
- The district is currently utilizing a MITEL connect VoIP system with 3,000 users and 2,650 phones over 44 sites. 
- The phone system provides voicemail services (both call answering and automated attendants) and has the ability for the district to program line features customized for schools and departments.
