• Gather placement availability by sending platform-generated slot request emails to clinics, allowing them to provide their availability directly into the platform via an email link.
• Collect placement preferences from students and share available placement slots with students.
• Include the ability to gather students’ placement preferences without disclosing available placement slots
• Provide students with tools to research and make informed decisions on placements and submit their preferences from any web-enabled device.

• Extracted data will be in a format compatible with excel to enable advanced analysis through pivot tables and other tools for accreditation and strategic planning purposes.
- Curriculum management
• Create a mapping structure to ensure mapping to appropriate accreditation standards or individual strategic plans.
• Assign standards to course objectives and provide relevant details including assessment methods, curricular threads, and levels of learning for each.
• Analyze the mapping structure via platform reports to identify any misalignments or gaps in curriculum.
• Update the curriculum to address such misalignments or gaps.
• Updates will be entered through a university upstate designee or via the SaaS support team.
- Compliance documentation
• Abide by compliance program requirements using platform templates based on guidelines of the centers for disease control and prevention, or prepare custom templates, along with guidelines and sample documentation for students and clinic faculty.
• Collect and track receipt of compliance documents via email or platform notifications.
• Must enable the collection and tracking of compliance document submissions to include visibility into recipient engagement metrics such as confirmation of email receipt, email opens, and link clicks.
• Receive real-time updates of compliance status on visual dashboards, along with auto-reminders for soon-to-expire documents.
• Reminders should be sent via email and platform notifications.
• Share selected documents and profiles with outside shareholders subject to appropriate consent.
- Contract tracking and sharing
• Generate contract templates.
• Track contract negotiation status via routing checklist with dates of completion and notes for each step, as well as tracking of drafts with notes.
• Provide the ability to export all contract tracking data—including checklist progress, completion dates, draft versions, and notes—into a well-structured, easy-to-read excel report.
• Easily share contracts with appropriate university departments and programs via platform-generated emails.
• Receive automated renewal reminders via email and platform notifications.
