Assessment, Planning, Course Evaluation Software

The vendor required to provide assessment, planning, course evaluation software for the following functions and features:
•    Systematic organizational management with customizable organizational and academic assessment planning, tracking and reporting
•    Ability to generate and manage unlimited number of assessments, institutional effectiveness and strategic plans
•    Ability to map institutional and strategic planning across the entire institutional structure as well as within divisions
•    Ability to map course, program, and general education learning outcomes to institutional-level student learning outcomes (ISLOS)
•    Ability to conduct both course- and program-level academic assessment
•    Ability to enter, track and measure achievement of follow up academic and organizational improvement actions
•    Robust curriculum mapping that visualizes program level assessment timelines, courses mapped to program student learning outcomes, and assessments used to measure student learning in programs
•    Integration with banner and Brightspace d2l and ability to import completed assessments and artifacts directly from the LMS to the assessment management system
•    Ability to host the institution’s historical assessment data and reporting dating back 10 years SSO integration
•    Ability to generate and conduct program reviews using assessment data and reports built into or integrated with the system
•    Ability to complete accreditation reviews and generate reports for institutional (MSCHE) and a wide range of programmatic accreditation bodies unlimited user accounts
•    Ability to assign larger assessment teams (10-25) as assessment leads for assigned areas and programs
•    Survey and course evaluation functions integrate with the LMS (Brightspace d2l) and ability to launch surveys from the LMS
•    Survey and course evaluation functions include ability to launch unlimited number of survey projects, customizable permissions for end users, robust response rate tracking and automated follow up with non-respondents, ability to manage opt outs
•    Survey and course evaluation results integrated with the assessment management system
•    Dashboarding functions that are easy for end users to read, understand and conduct follow ups.
