The Vendor is required to provide implementation, management and ongoing professional services to support the needs of the agency in delivering end-to-end solutions on information technology (IT) projects for the agency’s existing Microsoft applications and future solution.
- This approach has demonstrated that it can be cost effective in that a single technology platform can create efficiencies for the organization related to infrastructure, solution interoperability and transferable staff skills that in turn enable more effective and efficient future platform based solution roll outs.
- Technology solutions have evolved away from a single technology solution for each business need (point solution) toward a platform-based technology approach that allows for multiple solutions from a single technology.

- Development and implementation of Microsoft applications and solutions that meet the Agency requirements (the Agency has Office 365 E5 license)
- Enabling Collaboration with O365 Solutions like Team, Team Sites, Project Sites, Communication Sites, etc.
- Migrating existing Kofax scripts from publishing the documents from OpenText EIM to SharePoint Online.
- Assessment of existing systems and recommendations of applicable solutions to reduce legacy risk leveraging the emerging technologies.
- Analyze, plan and implement data conversion services from an existing system to a target computing environment.
- The person needs an ability to share and communicate ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language that is the parlance of each group.
