The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive, cloud based Food Management software solution.
- Provide a robust, enterprise-level solution supporting menu and recipe planning, nutrition management, forecasting, procurement and vendor management, accounts payable, inventory control, food production workflows, web-based menu display, and comprehensive analytics.
- The system must offer secure, scalable integrations with other University systems, including but not limited to Point-of-Sale, financial, catering, and event management systems.
- Food Management Capabilities
• Provide in-depth recipe management with capabilities to create, modify, store, and distribute recipes across multiple locations.
• Deliver full menu management functionality, including menu creation, customization, and nutrition data.
• Provide a unified platform incorporating forecasting, procurement, and inventory control.
• Provide daily food production workflows supported by automated system integrations.
- Administration and Reporting
• Web-based administrative access with configurable, role-based security controls.
• Customizable dashboards, reporting tools, and real-time analytic data.
• Exportable data and reports for use in external analysis environments.
- Integration and Interoperability
• Data integration methods enabling secure, reliable exchange of information with campus systems.
• Automated integrations with food supply vendors via EDI or equivalent industry-standard protocols.
• Interfaces and system management available on mobile devices and major browsers.

• Provide a SaaS based solution.
