Software Screen Time and Cost Analytics Program

The vendor required to provide software screen time and cost analytics program to know the usage levels and cost per pupil of the district’s nearly 50 student and staff software programs.
- Proposal requirements
•    Software must be able to give student usage-based data in some sort of easy-to-use dashboard - use artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze screen time and cost (AI product (Chat GPT, Gemini, copilot, etc.) must be clearly identified.
•    Software should be able distinguish between academic and non-instructional usage by students; and alert district of any inappropriate or safety concerns. 
•    After district software cost information is loaded, generate cost analysis per student. 
•    Bonus if it can generate cost benefit by amount or depth of usage.
•    Meet all district (local), state and national compliance standards like FERPA and COPPA, SDPC, etc.
