• Provide a managed services agreement for on-call support and service for multiple location phone systems, consisting of 2-hour response during business hours and after-hours/holiday/weekend.
• Include all labor, software support for help desk calls for up to 100 hours of support per annum.
• Indicate hourly labor rate for any calls outside of business hours (after 5 p.m. M-f, weekends and holidays).
